Job Title: Personal Care Assistant - Flexible Hours

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to support our clients in their own homes, maintaining their independence, dignity and self-worth
  • Provide companionship and prevent loneliness by being a friendly face
  • Assist with personal care, including all aspects of personal hygiene
  • Collect prescriptions and provide reminders for medication administration
  • Prepare tasty meals during mealtimes
  • Keep their home tidy and organized according to their preferences
  • Help with mobility, assisting clients with getting around

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times
  • A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work

Salary:

£12.90 per hour, depending on location plus paid mileage
