We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at M&S Simply Food in Chippenham. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Maximize profit by controlling costs and driving sales growth
- Process stock counts and orders to ensure accurate inventory management
- Partner with the Store Manager to set targets and develop strategies for team success
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Annual bonus up to 3,445pa
