Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Moto. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage and develop a team of colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
- Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard and that all health and safety procedures are followed
- Manage stock levels and control costs to ensure the store is profitable
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience of managing and developing a team of colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
