We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Head of Human Resources and Culture to join Page Personnel's leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective people strategies, managing day-to-day HR activities, and providing strategic leadership across the organisation.

This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of our organisation, driving business growth and excellence through innovative HR practices and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and embed people-focused strategies to deliver organisational goals.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, retention, staff development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead on staff engagement, talent management, organisational change and culture.
  • Drive a performance culture and develop high-performing leaders, employees, and teams at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures, and legislation (including legislation on data protection and the Equality Act).

Essential Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent [MCIPD or FCIPD registered].
  • Proven experience in a similar HR managerial role, preferably within an organisation with 150+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
