Hiring Range: $20/hr

Full Time or Part Time: Part Time


Job Description:
General Description: To provide support to enhance quality and effectiveness of laboratory activities for physics, geology, and chemistry laboratories.

Duties and Tasks: Responsible for lab preparation/set-up and the operation and use of laboratory equipment and computers. Assists with lab sessions alongside instructors. Performs inventory and maintenance of equipment. Participates in developing new lab activities. There may be additional duties assigned as necessary. Minimum Qualifications:

Required KSAs: Knowledge of purpose, operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Appropriate written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and use resources effectively. Good problem-solving ability. Knowledge of basic safety regulations. Good interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications: Computer literacy and familiarity with basic software programs. Experience in operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Ability to work evenings and occasional weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Considerations: Experience in physical science lab preparation.
