As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing tailored training programs for independent sales staff at various levels of the marketing plan.
- Enhancing independent sales staff knowledge of products, services, promotions, and the marketing plan.
- Supporting internal teams with training platforms for content delivery, material storage, and progress tracking.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create engaging videos, collateral, and digital solutions for training.
- Providing regional support to localize training materials and offering guidance on training needs.
- Partnering with event teams and independent sales staff to structure event training that meets attendee needs.
