As a Logistics Associate at NEXT, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced store team. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently process our products, ensuring they are available to customers as quickly as possible.

Your outstanding customer service skills will shine through when working on the sales floor. In return for supporting all company policies and procedures and having a great attitude towards work, we will invest in your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.

About the Role:

To be a successful Logistics Associate, you will have perfect stock available for our customers by:

  • Acknowledging product accuracy and processing stock quickly and to the highest standard
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels by organizing and presenting stock correctly
  • Ensuring operational areas of the store are clean, tidy, and organized
  • Providing excellent customer service from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
  • Working collaboratively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers

We offer competitive compensation including an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on location and experience. In addition, we provide amazing benefits that support your overall well-being and career growth.
