Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for appraising new schemes using the ProVal appraisal software, collating and reviewing scheme data onto the Homes England (HE) information management system, and developing effective relationships with developers, landowners, agents, contractors, solicitors, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appraise new schemes in line with our growth assumptions using the ProVal appraisal software.
  • Collate, input, and review new scheme data onto the Homes England (HE) information management system.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to assist with the identification and delivery of new affordable and private sales homes.
  • Help identify and progress new growth opportunities for our company.
  • Project manage identified projects and initiatives.
