Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects.

About the Role
Based near Hornchurch, this role offers a flexible work environment, with opportunities to work from home and occasional site visits. As a Building Estimation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in project planning, budgeting, and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.* Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.* Identify and quantify cost factors, such as materials, labour, and time.* Prepare and submit tenders and proposals within specified deadlines.* Collaborate with the project team to ensure estimates align with project goals.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably within residential or commercial construction.* Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.* Excellent communication and analytical skills.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits
