Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills in cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial delivery. They will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality projects and contribute to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with cost management and reporting for residential development schemes
- Collaborate with the Surveying department to achieve project goals
- Develop skills in quantity surveying and cost management
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
