Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveying Professional to join our team in Bristol. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial and legal aspects of Civil Engineering projects.

You will be responsible for producing and sending enquiries to subcontractors, receiving and analysing quotations, and producing formal subcontract documents. Our experienced team will support your learning and development throughout your apprenticeship.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You will be working towards a Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4) in Quantity Surveying and a HNC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and send enquiries to subcontractors
  • Receive and analyse quotations
  • Produce formal subcontract documents
  • Produce cash flow forecasts
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Build strong working relationships with commercial managers and site agents

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career development and progression. The estimated salary range is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
