As a Senior Consents Delivery Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our lands and consents projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

With a strong background in planning and consenting major infrastructure projects, you'll be responsible for collaborating with technical specialists to optimise delivery and ensure risks and issues are identified and mitigated/managed.

Key responsibilities will include project managing L&C delivery on allocated projects, contract management of L&C appointed consultants and contract staff, and coordinating reporting and communication with wider multi-disciplinary project teams.

In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary between £52,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on capability, plus a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record of delivering consenting or surveying aspects of major energy infrastructure projects, preferably subterrestrial cable infrastructure.

Candidates should possess current and comprehensive knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Planning Act 2008.

A degree or equivalent in Town Planning, Environmental Planning, or Surveying is essential.
