The Role

">

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Permitting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and informing the timed phased delivery of information required to support the permitting process, monitoring and reporting of construction environmental permits, consents and licenses, identifying risks, issues and opportunities relating to construction environmental permits, consents and licenses, and developing professional working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

">
  • You will have a proven knowledge and in-depth understanding of the challenges faced in construction environmental permitting in a complex engineering, major infrastructure project.
  • You will have previous experience in horizon scanning and overcoming challenges through innovative mitigations.
  • You will have strong knowledge of environmental regulators and how they might interact on complex projects/in environmentally sensitive locations.
  • You will have strong project manage experience along with leadership and strong communication skills.
  • You will have previous experience in environmental / construction consenting, permitting, licensing on a complex engineering, major infrastructure projects.
