Job Description:
The Subsea Instrumentation Team Supervisor is a critical role that requires a highly skilled and experienced electronics engineer to lead the subsea instrumentation team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electronic hardware design, development, and delivery. They will be responsible for mentoring and managing junior engineers to achieve individual and business goals.

About the Team:
The subsea instrumentation team is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality subsea instruments. The team works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transition between development and production phases.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the subsea instrumentation team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality subsea instruments
* Mentor and manage junior engineers to achieve individual and business goals
* Develop and implement technical solutions to improve product quality and reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transition between development and production phases

Requirements:
* 2:1 or above in relevant Engineering degree (e.g., Electronics)
* Proven experience in electronic hardware design and development
* Strong technical knowledge of digital electronics, analogue electronics, and simulation techniques
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
