About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology ECT to join our vibrant department in Cambridge.
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Psychology lessons that explore human behaviour, thought processes, and mental well-being.
- Develop students' critical thinking and analytical skills as they learn about the fascinating world of psychology.
- Foster a love for learning about the mind and its impact on behaviour.
- Contribute to the development of our curriculum to ensure it is relevant and sparks curiosity about psychology.
- Play a vital role in our supportive and inclusive school community.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in understanding human behaviour and mental processes.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring the complexities of the mind.
