Chadwick Nott, a well-established firm in the Midlands, seeks an experienced Family Solicitor to join their Stafford office. With 5+ years' PQE, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and handling cases involving Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Separation, Domestic Violence, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, and Cohabitee disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a progressive practice that values diversity and inclusivity. As a Family Solicitor at Chadwick Nott, you will assist the Director with complex matters, undertake advocacy, and contribute to business development and marketing efforts.

About the Role
  • Manage your own caseload of family law cases, including Private Law Children Matters, Divorce, Financial Settlements, Separation, Domestic Violence, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, and Cohabitee disputes.
  • Assist the Director with more complex family law matters on occasion.
  • Undertake advocacy in court and other proceedings.
  • Contribute to business development and marketing efforts, helping to grow the firm's client base and reputation.
