Academic Sales Manager

Green Improve is a rapidly expanding company that specialises in home improvements via the ECO 4 Scheme.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will handle all incoming enquiries into the business, taking managerial responsibility for sales and revenue, and ensuring clear growth plans are in place.
You will work closely with the Install managers and Compliance teams to ensure work is moved through the process in a timely fashion and in line with all current guidelines.
Previous experience in the Eco Industry is desirable, but not essential.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from our offices.
The role offers a generous holiday entitlement and a friendly office environment, with additional earning potential through an individual and team performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and revenue growth
- Work closely with the Installation and Compliance teams

- Develop and implement growth plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Eco Industry (desirable)
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
