About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Team Member looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in sales management.
As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales volumes and profit through developing and motivating the Sales Team to ensure every customer receives the best possible customer service.
The role will involve managing the supply of vehicles, managing product specifications in line with local markets and sales trends, and adhering to and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction records.
You will be expected to maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.
Our Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of achieving sales volumes and margins, as well as a strong customer satisfaction record.
You will also need to be able to motivate staff and regularly communicate with other departments to develop the business.
