About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Potens, providing overnight support to children in our care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Support one child in their daily needs, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Encourage and guide the child to settle overnight, ensuring they feel safe and secure.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide a supportive and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Experience working in children's residential care is preferred.
- Enthusiasm, compassion, and a love for working with children.
- Motivated, flexible, and a 'can do' attitude.
