About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a keen eye for detail. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents.

You will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene, and assist with maintaining food supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures, and ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

We are looking for someone with some kitchen experience and either an NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation or the willingness to study for one. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
