Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Training and inspiring your team to become product experts and brand ambassadors.
  • Maintaining a spotless and inviting store layout.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and window displays.
Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a salary range of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including a period bonus based on sales targets, enhanced parental leave, generous staff discount, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
