Sales Team Lead

About the Opportunity:
Vero HR Ltd is seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Sales Team Lead to lead and inspire the Southwest telesales teams. This role will be predominantly based in Bristol, with flexibility to travel to other locations as needed.
The successful candidate will instil a high-performing sales culture, driving the team to identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities while diligently achieving set KPIs and targets. The role will encompass comprehensive management tasks, including call allocation, leave authorisation, monitoring absences, and coordinating staff rotas.
Problem-solving will be a key part of this role - quickly troubleshooting daily challenges and expertly handling escalations will be crucial for success. If you can build a motivated, high-performing team and thrive in a sales-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.
Job Requirements- Proven managerial experience within a fast-paced sales role
- Ability to work in collaboration with other departments to maximise customer service and increase sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
- Flexibility to travel to other locations as needed
- Hold a full UK Driving licence
- A basic salary of up to £38,000 plus a team performance-related bonus
- Hours of work: 9am – 5pm across Monday-Friday (flexibility required)
