Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Luton Hoo Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our F&B team, you will assist the F&B Manager in the day-to-day operation of our outlets, leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the F&B Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Carry out stock taking and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with training and development of F&B staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
