Nursery Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to support the needs of young learners in a Tower Hamlets nursery.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that promote children's skills and knowledge, working closely with teachers to implement effective learning strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one support and personalized help to students who require additional assistance, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop support plans that cater to diverse needs and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a Nursery Teaching Assistant, with SEN experience being highly desirable.
  • Enjoy flexible shift patterns that reset weekly, ranging from 9-6 to 8-5, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
