Account Director Job Description

At Prism Sport + Entertainment, we're seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Director to lead our client services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our client's global partnership strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our global, end market, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of our client's annual scope of work, including hospitality programs, events, and race team liaison.
  • Manage and coordinate the use of contractual assets across multiple teams and markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client objectives and deliver impactful sponsorship activations.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of partnership rights and benefits.
  • Proactively manage client and stakeholder relations, establishing trusted adviser status.
  • Oversee budgets for events and projects, including client communications and reconciliations.
  • Support the Head of Client Services in identifying opportunities to grow agency scope and income.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage complex multifaceted events, projects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, communications, client services, and project management, particularly in a sports sponsorship context.
  • Experience in managing large complex budgets and commercial awareness.
  • Resilient and forward-thinking nature, with ability to challenge stakeholders as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate in a leading foreign language (advantageous).
