Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Psychology Graduate Assistant in a well-regarded, 'Good' OFSTED graded Primary School in Romford, East London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and working 1:1 with those with a range of Special Educational Needs, whilst developing their skills and knowledge.

About the Role:

  1. The ideal candidate will assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation, ensuring a smooth learning experience for all students.
  2. They will provide 1-1 support for children with SEN, adapting their approach to meet individual needs.
  3. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering educational resources, making adjustments to accommodate different learning styles.

Requirements:

  • A minimum undergraduate degree is required for this position.
  • Ideal candidates have a background in Psychology, but clinical experience is not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and students.
