Bridgfords, a leading property expert with over 180 years of experience, is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential lettings team in Leeds.

About the Role

This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the industry. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
