Your Role:

  • Support sales and administration tasks to drive business growth.
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Register customers and assist them in finding their dream home.
  • Visit properties and canvass for potential business and sales.
  • Accompany customers on viewings and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Earn monthly commissions and benefit from our comprehensive training program.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A resilient and positive attitude.
  • IT literacy and basic numeracy skills.
  • A full UK driving license or willingness to learn.

Training and Development:

  • Ongoing training and support in the workplace.
  • A Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
  • Student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
