At William H Brown, we're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Estate Agent. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and administration, while working towards a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.
Your Role:
- Support sales and general business administration
- Deal with day-to-day enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Register customers and assist them in finding their dream home
- Visit properties and canvass for potential business and sales
- Carry out accompanied viewings with customers
- Earn monthly commissions and benefit from our in-house training
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Resilience, positivity, and a strong work ethic
- A full UK driving license or willingness to learn
Training and Development:
- Ongoing training and support in the workplace
- Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
