Apprentice Estate Agent Role

William H Brown, a leading estate agency, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to learn administration, sales, and marketing skills in the property business. As an apprentice, you will work towards achieving a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification alongside your job role via Babington.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and general business administration.
  • Deal with day-to-day enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Register customers and assist them in finding their ideal home.
  • Visit properties and canvass for potential business and sales.
  • Accompany customers on viewings and provide excellent customer service.
  • Earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training that complements the Apprenticeship.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a career in sales.
  • Focused on customer care and customer service.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • Motivated and keen to learn.
  • Committed to achieving the Apprenticeship.
  • A Full UK driving licence or learning to drive.

Training and Development:

  • Ongoing training and support in the workplace.
  • Work towards achieving a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification via virtual learning platform.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English can be supported if not already achieved.
  • Successful completion may entitle you to student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
