As a self-employed estate agent, you will have the freedom to work from home and set your own standards. With complete training and guidance, you will be equipped to generate and convert leads into property sales and lettings, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers, list properties on the CRM, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords, and manage the sales or lettings process.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven estate agency experience in the UK
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
  • No student visas
