gLocalAgent is a pioneering self-employed mobile estate agency in the UK, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to build their own successful real estate business with minimal investment. As a self-employed estate agent, you will have the freedom to work flexibly and set your own standards, with complete training and guidance provided by gLocalAgent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and convert leads into property sales and lettings
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • List properties on the CRM
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
  • Manage the sales or lettings process
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven estate agency experience in the UK
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous
  • No student visas

Requirements:

Previous estate agency experience is preferred. A passion to build your own brand, driving license and own car suitable for business use, and a passion for property are essential. Good networking and a proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships are key. Confident communication skills, both personable and professional, are required. A desire to improve the estate agency industry and the ability to work independently are also necessary.
