Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Zscaler Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup and configuration of Zscaler services within our client's organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment and Configuration: Ensure the seamless deployment and configuration of Zscaler services (ZIA and ZPA) within the organization's network environment.
- Policy Management: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies in Zscaler to align with organizational security requirements.
- User Access Management: Manage user access and permissions within the Zscaler platform, including user authentication and authorization processes.
- Integration and Deployment: Deploy Zscaler solutions and integrate them with existing network infrastructure.
- Configuration and Optimization: Configure Zscaler settings to meet organizational security needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Security Policy Management: Define and manage security policies and rules, ensuring they are updated to reflect changing business requirements or threat landscapes.
- Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Network Traffic Monitoring: Monitor network traffic and security events through Zscaler's dashboard.
- System Checks and Updates: Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to Zscaler services.
