Senior Accounts Manager

TPF Recruitment, the South East's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants. Key Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage a team of bookkeepers/management accounts who will be data processing on behalf of your clients, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and audit files for the clients' auditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support the practice in building and maintaining a strong client base, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
- Develop and allocate work to junior members of the team, providing training and mentorship to ensure their success.
- You will be a qualified senior accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organisational skills and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team player with good leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Self-motivated/self-starter, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Good communication skills internally and with third parties, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Strong technical capability in account and taxation, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
