Senior Accounts Manager

TPF Recruitment, the South-East's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading, chartered accountancy practice in an exciting position, where you will be offered lots of client exposure, and a chance to really progress in your career.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Manage a team of bookkeepers / management accounts who will be data processing on behalf of your clients.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and audit files for the client's auditors.
- Support the practice in building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Develop and allocate work to junior members of the team.
- You will be a qualified, senior accountant with experience of managing a portfolio of clients.
- Previous experience of working in an accounts and outsourcing capacity.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Team player with good leadership qualities.
- Self motivated / self starter.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Good communication skills internally and with third parties.
- Strong technical capability in account and taxation.
£60,000 - £78,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable. A highly competitive benefits package is also on offer.
