Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Parking Enforcement Specialist to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and responding to parking-related correspondence, including formal and informal representations and appeals.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months or more of experience in dealing with formal representations and/or informal appeals made against Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued within London. They will also possess a full understanding of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be working closely with other teams to ensure effective communication and efficient resolution of parking-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and respond to all parking-related correspondence, including formal and informal representations and appeals.
  • Ensure that incoming parking permit applications and parking control suspension applications are dealt with in accordance with the set time limits.
  • Attend external Adjudication Hearings and give evidence as required.
  • Manage and prioritize your own workload in response to changing demands from management.
  • Ensure that daily quality and quantity performance standards are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of experience in dealing with formal representations and/or informal appeals made against PCNs issued within London.
  • Full understanding of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
  • Education to include Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent.
