We are looking for a Lead Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team in Southwark. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for enforcing regulations as directed under the Traffic Management Act (TMA) 2004.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a managing role in the parking or customer services industry. They will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, supervising, and directing staff according to contract requirements.

This role requires the ability to train all staff in aspects of their job and in Health and Safety. You will also be responsible for preparing reports as required by contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and monitor staff performance to ensure contract standards and quality are maintained.
  2. Train staff in aspects of their job and in Health and Safety.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £30,203.40 per annum and 42.5 hours of work per week. You will also enjoy benefits such as 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, and opportunities for training and development.
