About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dynamic team at CV-Library. This is a fantastic opportunity for an employment law professional to take on a broad and varied caseload, providing expert advice on a range of employment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on various employment law matters, including day-to-day HR issues, employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  2. Draft bespoke HR documents, such as settlement agreements, policies, and employment contracts, that meet our clients' needs.
  3. Support clients with tribunal claims, from early-stage advice through to representation in hearings.
  4. Manage your own caseload, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients, delivering practical and effective legal solutions.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date with employment law developments and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years PQE in employment law.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, including advisory work, tribunal claims, and HR matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-centric approach with ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Competence in using legal software and technology.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
