Job Title: Sustainability Knowledge Officer

TABLE is seeking a part-time Sustainability Knowledge Officer to manage our fortnightly newsletter, review research and food systems developments, write summaries, and support TABLE communications.

  • Monitor and review recent research and publications on sustainable food systems
  • Compile and write clear summaries of relevant articles/reports on sustainable food systems
  • Develop efficient processes for finding and summarizing news items on sustainable food systems
  • Manage the opportunities and events board for TABLE
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and written materials
  • Support TABLE communications, including website updates and social media engagement

Essential requirements: A Master's degree in food and sustainability or equivalent experience, strong English writing skills, scientific literacy, and commitment to TABLE's goals of producing accurate and agenda-free knowledge.

Preferred candidates: Women, black, and minority ethnic candidates who are under-represented in similar posts.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer flexible working arrangements.
