Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Job Description:
This role involves receiving internal documentation, extracting data, and inputting it into relevant spreadsheets. You will also be purchasing small items from online vendors, requesting delivery notes, and maintaining the procurement drive’s organisation. Additionally, you will work alongside various teams, receive deliveries, and perform office duties such as filing and photocopying. This role requires strong organisational and planning skills, as well as proficiency with computer programs like Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive internal documentation, extract data, and input it into relevant spreadsheets
• Purchase small items from online vendors, including generating purchase orders
• Request delivery notes, paperwork, or approval of delivery from suppliers and operational site teams
• Maintain the procurement drive's organisation
• Work alongside procurement, finance, and commercial teams
• Receive deliveries at Potters Bar
• Perform office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and cataloguing
• Coordinate permits, site access, and accommodation for installers and directors
What We Offer:
We offer a temporary contract with a competitive hourly rate. The estimated annual salary for this role is between £55,000 and £65,000 based on 40 hours per week at £13.85 per hour.
