Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our customer care team, you will play a vital role in retaining existing customers and building strong long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in a call centre environment making outbound calls to existing customers to retain them.
  • Deal with escalated high-level complaints and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Liaise with various departments within the business and third parties to resolve customer issues.
  • Update relevant information in customer records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
