Project Manager Opportunity

We are working with a well-renowned national contractor with a proven history of delivering major projects within the United Kingdom and Europe. Due to winning a significant datacentre project in South Wales, they have an opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee the civil infrastructure on the project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site staff, sub-contractors, and operatives, as well as producing RAMS and project management plans. They will also be responsible for monitoring contract costs against agreed budgets, preparing a programme of works, and managing design co-ordination and the timely completion of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site staff, sub-contractors, and operatives.
  • Production of RAMS and project management plans.
  • Monitoring of contract costs against agreed budgets.
  • Preparing programme of works.
  • Manage design co-ordination and the timely completion of contracts.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the civils sector working for a main contractor and specifically within groundworks and remediation.
  • Proven track record with a PM or Senior PM capacity.
  • SMSTS, Temp Work Coordinator, and CSCS qualifications.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and ICE membership would be advantageous.
