We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning and implementing projects that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute projects that align with business objectives, including upgrades of business-critical applications, migration to new infrastructure services, and development of cloud-based solutions.
- Use waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools to propose the most suitable delivery methodology for each assigned task.
- Engage in requirements gathering and analysis to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation processes to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Contribute to designing and building cross-functional teams to mature the scope, requirements, resource profile, etc.
- Be hands-on and practical, adding value to the implementation process.
- Successful track record of managing and delivering both software and infrastructure-related projects.
- 5+ years' experience in project management would be preferable.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
- Experienced in both Waterfall & Agile ways of working (Scrum), hands-on approach to developing and managing a backlog and all associated ceremonies.
- Proficient in tailoring project control methods to suit the Agile environment.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-accessible language.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
