Job Summary

To ensure the effective involvement of tenants in the delivery and review of housing management services, we are seeking a skilled professional to lead our resident engagement strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive resident engagement strategy, driving increased engagement with tenants and leaseholders across all aspects of housing services.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to shape the future of tenant engagement within the Council, focusing on enhancing the use of digital technology as a means of engagement.
  • Organize and deliver high-quality tenant engagement events, ensuring they are well attended, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide support and advice to tenants and leaseholders, helping them to get involved in housing services and events.
Key Activities
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of a Resident Engagement Strategy and action plan, ensuring all teams within housing services contribute actively to the strategy and plan.
  • Play an active and proactive part in the organization of tenant engagement events, ensuring they are well attended, delivered on time, and within budget.
  • Lead on developing initiatives to increase the engagement of a wide range of tenants and leaseholders at all events, incorporating stakeholder feedback to improve future events.
