Westfalia Fruit, a leading multinational supplier of fresh fruit and related value-added products, is seeking an experienced Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager to lead the launch of a key project. This 3-month Fixed Term Contract role requires embedding quickly within the organisation and crafting a strategy that resonates with staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute internal communication strategies for a key end of year project.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Create a project model that takes employees on a structured journey.
  • Quickly embed within the organisation to understand culture and structure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely communication.
  • Implement strategies to drive engagement and alignment with the project goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Experience in project management and delivering results within tight deadlines is essential.
  • Experience embedding within international organisations quickly to make impact on delivering key projects with minimal managerial support.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development frameworks for employee engagement is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
