Job Summary:
The Student Experience Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the high needs ASC students' EHCPs are effectively tracked, monitored, and reviewed. This involves ensuring their support needs are met, including their wider social skills and independence, to provide high-quality support throughout their learner journey at Coventry College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Key Practitioner and manage a caseload of high needs ASC EHCP learners.
- Deliver specialist and targeted ASC interventions, focusing on Social Skills and Preparation for Adulthood.
- Conduct initial assessments of high needs ASC learners and oversee the production of personalized Support Plans.
- Complete Annual Reviews within the national timeframe.
Requirements:
- Full-time, 37 hours per week.
- Flexible approach to hours of work.
- Ability to travel off-site to attend meetings.
