Student Experience Coordinator

The Student Experience Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the high needs ASC students' EHCPs are effectively tracked, monitored, and reviewed. This involves ensuring their support needs are met, including their wider social skills and independence, to provide high-quality support throughout their learner journey at Coventry College.
As a Key Practitioner, the ASC Co-ordinator will have a caseload of high needs ASC EHCP learners and deliver specialist and targeted ASC interventions, focusing on Social Skills and Preparation for Adulthood.
The role will involve conducting initial assessments of high needs ASC learners and overseeing the production of personalised Support Plans, in addition to completing Annual Reviews within the national timeframe.
The post is full-time, 37 hours per week, and requires a flexible approach to working hours and the ability to travel off-site to attend meetings.
