Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of editors, sound engineers, and motion graphic designers.
  2. Workflows and Processes: Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for the post-production department.
  3. Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  4. Collaborative Environment: Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.
  5. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical or creative issues during post-production.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Post-Production Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in post-production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite, and DaVinci Resolve (Pro Tools and Cinema 4D knowledge is a bonus).
