Job Description

This Junior Post Producer position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in post-production workflow management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Post Production in creating and managing work orders, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work Order Creation: Create work orders using Farmerswife scheduling software.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign resources (staff, suites/rooms, and equipment) to work orders.
  • Asset Management: Ensure that DA staff and freelancers have the necessary assets before sessions start.
  • Conflict Resolution: Anticipate and mitigate work-order conflicts by prioritizing projects with urgent deliveries and those with readied assets.

Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Film, Media, TV Production, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience working in TV or Film post-production facilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of the post-production pipeline and Farmerswife scheduling software.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
