As a Company Secretary Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Corporate Services department. This includes managing deadlines and timescales, providing subject matter expertise on UK Corporate Services, and working closely with our Business Development team to develop new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include convening and attending board meetings, recording discussions and decisions, drafting accurate minutes, and liaising with administration teams. You will also provide company secretarial support to clients for the set-up of corporate entities and LPs in the UK, maintain company records, share and registrar functions, and system maintenance.
We are looking for a professional with experience in Company Secretarial/Corporate Services roles within the UK, including listed companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentational skills, client service skills, and the ability to manage client expectations.
Benefits include a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid working arrangement and flexible working hours.
